We are delighted to announce that data collection for the Ignition study is complete. We would like to thank all the participants who generously gave their time to take part in this research.
Researchers from the Ignition study are analyzing results. We will share the findings as soon as they are ready here.
What will happen if I decide to take part?
If you decide to take part we would like you to complete:

A questionnaire about you and your experience of moving from child to adult services. This should take about 15 minutes to fill in.

When you complete the questionnaire we'll ask if you would like to take part in an interview. This is completely voluntary.

Questionnaire
If you would like to complete the questionnaire online please click the button below. This online questionnaire is anonymous in that we do not ask for your name or any identifying information.
If you would like to complete the questionnaire over the phone or during an interview in person with a researcher or would like a copy posted to you, please contact the research team by clicking the below button.
Interview
When you complete the questionnaire, we will ask you if you want to take part in an interview. This is completely voluntary. If you would like to take part in an interview, we will ask for your contact details and we may contact you with more information about the interview. We will only ask a small number of people to take part in interviews, so we may not contact you.
